F.A.Q.

Do you offer daycare?

No, we do not have the space to accommodate such a service. If your child can occupy themselves with a book, homework, iPad, etc., at our table or couch they are welcome to wait while you work out.

Do I need spin shoes?

No, but shoes with less flexible soles are recommended. Cycling shoes give you improved form, less foot discomfort, more efficient movements, and balance out the use of your leg muscles throughout the pedal stroke.

What is your class cancellation policy?

We require 8 hours notice so that people on a waitlist can be notified that space has become available. There is a $5 fee charged to people that don’t give 8 hours notice of a cancellation.  The $5 fee can be avoided if you contact your instructor or My Garage at 951-440-6173 with a good reason.

Do you get to pick your Spinning bike?

This is done on a first-come basis with a 5 minute cut-off time before a class starts. If you are not there within 5 minutes of class beginning, your reserved bike will be given to someone on the waitlist.

What are your hours?

We open 15 minutes prior to classes and close 15 minutes after.

Do I need towels?

No, we provide clean towels.

Do I need water?

We have a filtered water fountain

Can my child take a class?

Yes, as long as they are able to follow instructions from the instructor.

Can I use the treadmill?

Yes, as long as there is not a yoga or similar class in session.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, as long as you have a valid reason (vacation, injury, etc.)
